Paediatric First Aid Training for Our Team

At Banana Moon Kempston, the safety and wellbeing of every child in our care is always our top priority.

Recently, members of our team attended Paediatric First Aid training hosted by Tigerlily Training. Samantha and Lisa completed the full 12-hour course, which ensures that our staff are fully prepared to respond confidently in the event of an emergency.

As part of our commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards, nearly all of our staff members are qualified first aiders and refresh their training every three years. This important training covers how to respond to a wide range of situations involving children under the age of 18, including babies and toddlers.

Sam also completed an additional session in Emergency First Aid at Work, further strengthening the team’s ability to respond quickly and effectively if needed.

By ensuring our staff are highly trained in paediatric first aid, we aim to provide families with peace of mind knowing that their children are always in safe and capable hands while at nursery.
